Due to concerns about AI bots’ illegal recording of the IDN webinars, effective immediately, individuals who register for the IDN webinars with “.edu”, “district.k12.us" or “.org” email addresses will be guaranteed to have free access to the live IDN webinar events.
Individuals who register with other email domains cannot be guaranteed to have access to the live IDN webinar events unless they contact FLVC staff, Tom Tu to verify their credibility as a member of the education community or instructional design industry at least 24 hours before the live event.
The use of AI bots to join IDN webinars for the purpose of recording, transcribing, or summarizing discussions is prohibited and violates IDN policy. The IDN actively monitors the use of Generative AI tools to ensure adherence to our policies, and we ask that you please adhere. Thank you!
