Open Educational Resources

Free, high quality digital content has the potential to significantly reduce the cost of college for Sunshine State students. The Taskforce on Postsecondary Online Education has launched an initiative to enhance and expand the online learning resources repository and create an effective best practices repository for open educational resources.

FLVC OER Summit

National and regional OER leaders gather at FLVC OER Summit to share ideas and options for how Florida can raise the level of awareness around textbook costs and bring OER options to the forefront of the conversation. Attendees collaborate with the leaders and their colleagues across Florida. Attendees take back rich resources, effective practices and OER implementation plans to their institutions for the best interest of Florida students.
